Ethernet Hub Tutorial

The goal of this tutorial is to take the existing NetFPGA reference NIC and modify it to make an Ethernet Hub.

Before starting, make sure you have performed the required initial setup tasks and are familiar with the overall organization of the NetFPGA library and your (new) project directory.
